Justin Hiltner is a queer, disabled, IBMA Award-nominated banjo player, songwriter, and music writer most recently heard on 'Dolly Parton’s America.' His debut record, solo record '1992' will be released in fall 2021. Hiltner is Associate Editor for The Bluegrass Situation, where he co-founded and produces Shout & Shine. He also currently serves as chair of the board for Bluegrass Pride.
